Service delivery
Scope, timeline, and price for each engagement are documented in a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
Upon final payment, deliverables specifically commissioned for your engagement become your property; pre-existing tooling and frameworks remain ours.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim.
