Legacy Barbershop Polska is a premium men's grooming and spa chain in Poland. Burncode built the native Android app that turns occasional walk-ins into long-term clients — combining loyalty, bookings, and a product catalog in one cleanly branded experience.

What we built

  • Loyalty tier & visit history — every cut, every service, every reward visible to the client on a single dashboard.
  • Booking flow — pick a barber, pick a service, pick a slot; cancellation and reschedule handled inside the app.
  • Product catalog — beard balms, pomades, and grooming kits, browsable and orderable from the same surface as appointments.
  • Profile & preferences — favourite barber, preferred services, allergens, and notes shared with staff.
  • Push notifications for upcoming appointments, loyalty milestones, and barbershop announcements.
  • Premium visual identity — the app reflects the brand (gold accents on charcoal) and reads as part of the in-shop experience, not an afterthought.

Outcome

The app turned a print loyalty card into a living relationship. Returning visit rate is up, no-shows are down, and the product catalog makes a measurable share of the chain's monthly revenue without anyone needing to upsell at the till.
