Kaktus Pro is the Android app for the operators who run on Kaktus Booking — salon owners, clinics, consultants, and any small service business that takes appointments. Burncode shipped the native Android client, the operator-side calendar, and the analytics surface that turns bookings into a manageable business.
What we built
- Service catalog — add, edit, and price the services that appear to clients on Kaktus Booking and the Booking app.
- Calendar & reservations — see today and the week ahead at a glance, accept or decline new bookings in one tap.
- Statistics — bookings, revenue, repeat-client rate, and busiest hours, in charts the operator actually reads.
- Client database — every customer in one place, with notes, history, and no-show tracking.
- Operator-created bookings — staff can review, approve, and create reservations on behalf of walk-in clients.
- Push notifications for new bookings, cancellations, and reminders.
Outcome
Pro removes the laptop from the operator's day. The salon owner moves through clients, while their phone tracks the calendar, the cash, and the customer history without ever opening a spreadsheet.
